I’m beginning something new. I know I have said this before but ever since I saw the life insurance quotes for someone of my age with my particular health concerns that I either have to live forever and dig my own grave, or win the lottery. Both of the things seem equally as likely, so I’ve decided to start a whole new regimen of diet and exercise with a focus on improving my health, and not focus on losing weight. If I am at a healthy weight and my doctor does not see any reason for me to change that, I’m just going to focus on cardiac health and bone density. I should probably work on my endurance and strength training just in case I have to do that live forever thing . Oh well the artificial sweetener in my bloodstream will probably help preserve me, so that’s a plus.
